IWS Water Proof Residential Damp Proof Grade is a highly refined emulsified asphalt formulation designed for damp proofing the below-grade exterior of new commercial and residential foundations. It forms to a tough elastic surface, which provides consistent coverage that effectively seals foundation walls against ground-water infiltration. Upon application the material will fill the pores in the substrate and immediately improves the bond with the foundation wall.
 
IWS Water Proof Residential Damp Proof Grade resists penetration of water and will not become brittle at low temperatures, evaporate or lose its waterproofing ability. It can be applied over any substrate, particularly to poured concrete foundations and parged concrete block. It also protects concrete and masonry from liquids containing corrosive or disintegrating substances.
